Business conditions for end customers:

We will handle any complaints to your satisfaction by an individual agreement with you and in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after receipt to identify any defects and damage. The buyer is obliged to report any defects to us immediately. We are not liable for defects caused by the carrier.

The warranty does not apply to:

• defects caused by normal use
• incorrect use of the product
• improper storage
